Joseph Ludkin

Joseph creates reduction-fired pottery in his studio in Rainton, North Yorkshire.

While drawing on influences from Japanese, Korean, and British studio pottery traditions, his work is also shaped by the local landscape. Using raw materials sourced from the surrounding area, Joseph's pieces respond to the region’s dramatic topography and its strong history of pottery and industry.
